Quan Luong is a Vietnamese filmmaker based in Winnipeg. His dad”s photography hobby inspired his filmmaking journey at the age of 13. After high school, he moved to Canada and got a BA from the University of Manitoba. Now Quan is a Director of Photography and Camera Operator
