Aftershock

June, homebound due to the pandemic, is a recluse who has learned to thrive off the little pleasures of her home and lonely daily routines. But when an old friend reappears, June must choose whether to break free from the safety of her controlled sanctuary, or retreat further within herself.

Cyrus Lo

Cyrus Lo is a Chinese-Canadian director, writer, and producer. Born in Hong Kong, he immigrated to Canada as a child. After an unfulfilling career in accounting, he realized his true passion lay in storytelling, and has since shifted to a career in filmmaking. Aftershock is his debut short.
